I am a Brighton based Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle Consultant and an Ayurvedic Therapist specialising in classical Ayurvedic massages and therapies. I work with clients to holistically improve their health by looking at the root cause of illness and help them rebalance the body through nutrition, Ayurvedic herbs, lifestyle routines and massages.
