Health and Wellness Practice offers a variety of services including massage therapy, life coaching and counseling services. Fresha is used to manage any clients looking for massage services.  This includes Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Swedish and Deep Tissue.  Massages are available in 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions.

The Swedish massage is the most common technique of massage therapy. It is used to energize the body and improve overall health. Percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping, and rolling are all used in this type of massage. It promotes muscle relaxation and connective tissue stretching. It can relieve cramps and muscle spasms, as well as reduce muscle fatigue and loosen joints and improve range of motion.

Therapeutic/Swedish Massage

Throughout this massage, firm pressure techniques are used to encourage change in your body's deeper muscles. These techniques will help you reduce chronic pain, increase range of motion, and reduce tension in your body by encouraging your body's natural healing ability. — It's a full-body massage... Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

Cupping can be added to any service (excluding Pregnancy Massage)
Cupping helps alleviate pain by loosening and relaxing your muscles, restoring blood flow that will promote healing to the treated area. 

Please note: The cupping will take place throughout the existing massage session.

Nutrition Consult - Initial

Option for clients to schedule as needed.  The recommendation is weekly sessions for a targeted time frame.  (ex: 1x week for 4 weeks) However, this option provides flexibility for those who are not ready to invest in package.  

Life Coaching - Single Sessions

Includes Intake (1.5-2 hr session) creating a plan for services and target goals.  9-11 Individual sessions - typically weekly, monthly workshop optional. 



Life Coaching - 12 week Package 

6 weeks of services include Intake (1.5 to 2 hrs) Assessing needs and developing a preliminary plan for services.  4-6 1 hr individual sessions; monthly group workshop (optional)

Life Coaching Package - 6 weeks

30 min session to provide Q & A regarding Life Coach services and practice.  Begin to collect information on client needs and initiate recommended package to meet client's individualized needs.

This service provides treatment to specified areas of the body. Someone who has had a recent surgery or a problem area that require specific treatment of said areas. This session focuses on-

Non-Surgical Clients: MLD Full Body Detox Treatment

MLD is a crucial process for supporting a healthy immune system, detoxifying tissues and maintaining fluid balance within the body. This treatment service focuses on the face, head and neck. Aiding in sinus pressure relief and reducing puffiness. Overall improving lymphatic circulation allows the skin to achieve a more glowing and radiant complexation.

Non-Surgical Clients: MLD for Face, head & Neck

Heat radiates deeply into the muscles as hot stones glide over your body, providing stress reduction, deep relaxation, and pain relief. The stones are used as an extension of the hands and are also gently placed on some of the body's energy points, such as the hands, between the toes, and along the back.
