Body Code is a holistic healing system aimed at identifying and releasing imbalances in your body's energy system. The underlying principle of Body Code is that these imbalances can contribute to physical and emotional issues you may be experiencing.

 

During a Body Code session, I will use a variety of techniques to assess your body's energy and identify any imbalances. This may involve muscle testing or other forms of energetic assessment. I will then use a comprehensive set of charts and protocols to delve into various aspects of your health and well-being. This includes exploring potential imbalances in areas such as organs, glands, meridians, chakras, emotions, pathogens, toxins, nutrition, and more. The Body Code system is designed to address a wide range of potential imbalances and contributing factors to your health concerns.

This 90-minute comprehensive session is your gateway to uncovering the unique blueprint of your body and beginning your path toward vibrant health. You'll receive:

- A full wellness evaluation rooted in holistic principles

- Targeted muscle testing to assess organ function and nutritional priorities

During your consultation, we will discuss your health concerns, goals, and current challenges to determine how I can best support you. This time is also dedicated to answering any questions you may have about my 1:1 online programs. If we decide that we are a match we will schedule your first initial session in whichever modality(ies) you choose to get you started on your journey to living a happy, healthy, and vibrant life. Through the precision of muscle testing and an extensive chart, we'll pinpoint the foods that optimize your well-being while identifying any to avoid temporarily due to potential sensitivities or imbalances.

How It Works:

Muscle Testing: Our experienced practitioner will remotely conduct muscle testing, a non-invasive technique, to gauge your body's response to a diverse range of foods.

Extensive Chart: Using an extensive chart of food options, we'll determine which foods resonate most positively with your body and which ones may need to be avoided temporarily.

Personalized Recommendations: Based on the results of the muscle testing, you'll receive a customized Food Decode List via email. This comprehensive list will outline the foods that are most beneficial for you.
