I am a fully qualified Reflexologist trained in both the Ingham Method and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage. I have recently added Kinetic Chain to my treatments. Kinetic Chain is a gentle treatment to the whole body. A combination of joint mobilisations and stretches. KCR helps alleviate pain by releasing tension within key joints. KCR restores the body's natural alignment. It is an invaluable treatment for sports enthusiasts and athletes. Optimises performance, enhanced range of motion, flexability and balance.
