It was good but there was a discrepancy regarding the price booked online and the physical bill brought.

Apologies for the inconvenience. You were asked to pay more because the style you picked was way bigger in size than what you asked the Stylist to do. This means that she had to take more time than she was booked for  to create the look that you wanted.
