Workshop provides information on skin types, how to care for skin, skincare products/ingredients. 

Participant are led through a step by step hands on facial routine that they preform on themselves. 

This workshop promotes body positivity, self-care and good health and wellbeing. Balanced Within workshops are proudly non-judgemental safe spaces for all participants.

This workshop is facilitated by a diploma qualified beauty therapist with a background in health science, community services/ mental health. Fully insured, and holds blue, yellow card and police check.
