In-person integrative counselling is offered from my room in Rixton, Warrington or online and telephone counselling across the UK. Walk & Talk Therapy is available within Birchwood's green spaces. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are available to all individuals 18+. I work with bereavement, stress, anxiety and any other issue that is causing you to feel lost, lonely or upset. A free 20 minute consultation is available so you can see if we can work together. Discounts are available for students, OAPs and Blue Light Workers please contact me for more information. This was an initial 20 minute chat about how the service works. Vicky rang on time and was very easy to talk to so I have decided to continue with sessions to try to resolve some of my issues. It will be nice to have someone who will not be upset because I am and to whom I can just pour all this anger, grief, disappointment out to and get ideas how to deal with issues.
