Careful attention to each client’s needs is central to the experience at Roukh Horsforth, where the massage therapists listen closely and tailor their approach to areas of tension. Clients particularly value tailored massage and hot stone treatments, with regular check-ins on pressure helping make each appointment both effective and deeply relaxing, so they leave feeling calmer and more comfortable.

This was my first experience of lymphatic drainage massage, unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. I had expected a treatment that focused more specifically on areas associated with lymphatic drainage, but instead, I felt that the majority of the session was spent on my back, with very little attention given to the areas I had anticipated. I do appreciate that I perhaps should have read the treatment description more carefully beforehand, so I take some responsibility for my expectations. However, the treatment felt more like a very gentle, relaxing massage

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your first lymphatic drainage massage didn’t quite meet your expectations. At ROUKH®, we take care to explain each treatment before it begins and tailor the session to each client’s individual preferences and comfort. During your appointment, our therapist explained the treatment approach and adapted the session to focus on the areas you preferred, while incorporating lymphatic drainage techniques. We would also like to clarify that manual lymphatic drainage uses very gentle, rhythmic movements rather than deep pressure, which can sometimes feel similar to a relaxing massage, although the techniques and purpose are different. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure that our clients fully understand what to expect from their treatments. Thank you again for visiting ROUKH®. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Warm regards, ROUKH® Wellness Studio
