Updates to our pricing and billing structure

We’re updating our pricing for businesses with multiple team members. Here’s what you need to know before it comes into effect.

At Fresha, our focus has always been on helping our partners thrive, which has meant continually investing in our software and its capabilities. To keep delivering new features and expand the value Fresha provides, we’re making changes to our policies and aligning with industry standards and evolving costs.

We’re updating our pricing with a subscription for businesses that accept bookings for multiple team members. The new monthly subscription bundles core features and customer support for a combined fee. And we’re giving you a 20% discount rate as a thank you for being a loyal customer.

There is no change to Fresha’s pricing in any other countries at present. If there are any future updates planned for our pricing or policies, they will be communicated clearly and with ample notice, ensuring we address any questions or concerns you might have.

You’ll need to activate your Team subscription before the subscription begins for uninterrupted access to your account. If you don’t take any action, we’ll automatically opt you out, and you’ll no longer have access to your Fresha account.

You can opt out of the Team subscription under the billing section in your workspace settings. Please note, though, that this would mean your account access will end when the subscription begins. We understand that pricing changes can have a significant impact on you and your business, and we don’t take that lightly. Before introducing our new policy, we conducted a deep analysis of how this change may impact our partners. Our goal is to continue supporting you with a platform that delivers exceptional offerings - we’re confident that Fresha remains the most cost-effective solution available.

If you’re an existing Fresha customer and you sign up before our subscription launches, you will get a 20% discount on your subscription price.

If you sign up after, you won't qualify for the discount.
You’ll lose access to your account after our Team subscription launches.
Yes, Fresha will remain subscription free for single-person businesses. This new Team subscription only applies to businesses with multiple bookable team members.
Your free text and blast marketing email allowance is calculated based on the number of bookable team members in your workspace and pooled across your business. This means your total allowance can be shared across your business and used flexibly, rather than being assigned to individual team members for their appointments.

Bookable team members are members of your team that have calendar booking enabled. This includes the business owner, so if both the business owner and one other team member are bookable on the calendar, the Team subscription will be based on two bookable team members.

You can check your team list here. We recommend doing this before your subscription begins as you will be charged per bookable team member (members of your team that are bookable on the calendar).

We have automatically disabled calendar bookings for any team members if they haven’t been booked in the last 60 days.
You’ll have two days to update your billing details. After that, you’ll lose access to your account until you add your correct details
No, our new Team subscription is replacing our Team Pay add-on. You will have access to all the same features as part of the new Team subscription.
