After the session, patient education may include stretching and self-massage exercises, posture correction and cross training recommendations for increased results and faster recovery.

A focused session with a therapist targeting a specific area of the body or muscle group.  This appointment will have you in and out of the office in 30 minutes. *Only available to returning clients with an active membership.

Touch-Up

Our most popular service, inclusive of everything needed for maintaining peak performance and preventing injury. This appointment will have you in and out of the office in 60 minutes. 

Maintenance

Our extended therapy session, aimed for longer and more detailed work.  A great option for those recovering from an injury, event, or competition.  This appointment will have you in and out of the office in 90 minutes.
