Reflexology is a popular and relaxing therapy based on the principles that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet correspond to areas throughout the body. 
 
As a Reflexologist I work on the reflex points by applying pressure to points on the feet with my thumbs, fingers and sometimes knuckles using specialised massage techniques, to help correct imbalances throughout the body, encouraging the body to heal itself.

Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage 

Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage to release stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your body's energies. It's a wonderful treatment that has many physical and emotional benefits including general relaxation and wellness.

Massage around the head and neck encourages circulation of cerebral fluid and reduces headache causing blockages. Massage to the scalp and head increases nourishment and oxygen to the hair follicle which in turn stimulates hair growth. Indian head massage relieves stress and tension within the body by promoting relaxation. This allows a deep sense of well being and relaxation, which in turn affects your sleep cycle. Massaging the head encourages the supply of oxygen to the brain which is one of the best ways of reducing anxiety and lifting your mood.
