Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional or physical healing

Reiki and Intuitive Reading is all about, receiving Divine Guidance through opening the channels of communication with Spirit, Source, God, Angels and your Higher self. Facing your fears and releasing them by understanding your own personal power, finding your voice through the power of confidence , healing the sacral and improving your manifestation abilities, while aligning you with your higher self (your super-conscious mind). Having the ability to receive the guidance from Spirit or Spirit Animals, helps encourage new beginnings through their ancient wisdom. Like, how do I know I am on the right path? Releasing karma from relationships with family, friends, and or lovers. Then the session is finished off with 30mins reiki session, ensuring you to feel calm, clear, and balanced. When our body as well as energy bodies are misaligned we start to feel symptoms of fatigue, headaches, mood swings and perhaps even unhealthy cravings, such as Sugar, Carbs , and/or alcohol. We call this the ki force energy. Ki force in Traditional Reiki is the connection to the life force energy that runs through us and around us. During our session we will be calling forth the healing energies of the universe to bring  balance with in the yin and yang energies, along with Meridians and Chakras as well as healing with the sound and vibration of our sacred chakra crystal bowls and the rhythm of song.

This treatment combines both facial and Indian Head Massage to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. During this session gentle strokes and pressure help to stimulate blood circulation, promote lymphatic drainage and help relax the facial muscles. 
This can help improve circulation, reduce puffiness and improve skins elasticity. 

Indian Head Massage focuses on the scalp neck and shoulders. Using gentle pressure and slow rhythm to release tension and promote relaxation. This can assist with headaches, tension, and improve overall well-being.

Foot Reflexology is a technique where pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet associated with areas of the body. During the session reflex points are stimulated by applying gentle pressure to areas of the foot to encourage relaxation and flow of energy. Indian Head Massage with reflexology

This session begins with Foot or Hand Reflexology where we will go thru a full reflexology treatment to encourage relaxation and flow in the body. Followed by a Reiki session to restore balance to the body. 

Reflexology with Reiki

First we start off  your treatment with a 20 min foot soak. Followed by a gentle cleansing with 2 different types of cleansers, One will open and clean the pores  and the other to sooth and hydrate the skin. Then we start to purify the skin with a gentle healing touch of plant based exfoliators and Himalayan salt mud mask.  Balancing and detoxify your skin and your auras. As you’re  masking, you will receive  a relaxing hand and foot massage with a custom mix of oils tailored to your experience. After masking ,your skin will be Infused with a custom aromatherapy skincare blends of soothing toners ,serums and healing creams. Once your facial is complete you will sink deeper into relaxation and healing with a 40mins reiki session infused with sound healing.

Indian Head Massage 

Distance Healing is a technique whereby you do not have to be physically present to receive healing.  The intention to heal is sent by the healer and received by the client in an instant transmission. What happens during a Distance Healing session?At your appointment start time, StephANY will contact you.  Video appointments can be held via FaceTime, Or Zoom If, however you would prefer a voice only session with no video, you will be given the number for Stephany Directly. You can choose your preferred method of contact when placing your appointment booking.
Stephany will then to scan your chakra energy field, your body should be visible from the base of your spine to the top of your head during your video appointment.  For voice only appointments, you will be required to email a picture of yourself. Then as the session begins, stephany will scan your auric field as you take in a deep breathe in & out.  Paying close to attention to any places where healing is required.
