Everything from start to finish. Juliana is amazing. She instinctively knows what to do by feeling with her magical hands. She advised me to pay a little bit extra for a muscle relaxant gel / oil to free some knots and I felt wonderful afterward. This is a great value centre. Only improvement would be the aircon that made a horrible noise the two times it kicked in, which rather detracted from the overall relaxing vibe.
