It was my first time experiencing Ayurveda, and I was amazed by how much Deepika could understand just from taking my pulse. The whole consultation felt very natural and spontaneous, and I felt incredibly comfortable with her from the very beginning. She is such a warm, kind and approachable person, and I found it so easy to open up and talk to her. I’m now starting my treatment, but even after just this first session, I already feel like I’m heading in the direction I was hoping to find when I came here. I’m really looking forward to continuing the process and seeing where it takes me.

I had an incredible experience at this Ayurvedic wellness centre receiving an Abhyanga, Kati Basti, and Shiroabhyanga. The warm herbal oils used during the Abhyanga worked wonders on relieving deep tension, while the Kati Basti melted away my lower back stiffness completely. Finishing with the Shiroabhyanga sent me into total calm, leaving my mind clear and clear-headed. The serene atmosphere and skilled therapists made this a deeply rejuvenating experience. I left feeling light, grounded, and fully reset. Highly recommend!

After completing a 5 day Panchakarma cleanse at the the Ayurvedic wellness centre in Bondi under the guidance of Dr Deepika and her team I feel restored. Calm, centred and nourished. Everything was done to ensure my comfort and well being. Ready to leap into my next 60 years.

I came to Ayurveda with an eczema flare-up, low energy, and a general sense of being out of whack. The doctor was sharp, kind and attentive. She asked real questions and built a plan around what I actually needed. My therapist was smart and very caring. She seemed to know what I needed before I said a word. She'd shift a treatment or ease up somewhere without me asking, like she was reading my body directly. By the end of my 7 day Panchakarma I was calmer, lighter, less inflamed and more connected to my body than expected. Highly recommend.
