I had mani-pedi and roots hair colour. My hair is blond and it took them 4h to get close to the Color I normally have. Everyone was polite but the prices were nothing like in the app. I was charged 4x times of what was my initial budget (and x2 what I pay in an mid to high class saloon in Europe)
