Unfortunately I was kept waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time, I’m sure this wasn’t Monica’s fault rather the booking system. I’ve waited until I’ve washed and styled my hair myself before leaving a positive review. I’m happy with my cut and will be making future appointments with Monica.
