Kym fixed a really awful haircut I got at a different Cardiff salon for me today. I was really embarrassed about the state of my hair at the start of the appointment but she was lovely and kind and professional and did an amazing job salvaging what hair I had left, making me look presentable again and putting me in a good position to grow my hair back out. Thank you so much Kym.

Kym completely transformed my hair and I couldn’t be happier! After having a really bad experience with my previous hairdresser, I was quite nervous, but Kym instantly put me at ease.
