Amazing experience, instant relief felt as soon as the session had finished, would highly recommend, spoke through the entire process thoroughly on what was happening, checked in constantly to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable, recommended on improvements for myself on a day to day basis to reduce stress on muscles, will definitely be rebooking.
