Tea Leaf Readings provide insight by allowing loose tea leaves to reveal symbols and messages. Your reader connects with their intuition, offering clarity on your past, present and future through the shapes that form in your cup.

An intake form is emailed to you prior to your session for you to highlight any themes or specific questions for your reading. Over tea and chocolate, your reader will also draw Tarot cards to clarify your reading and share guidance for your next steps. Every reading is tailored to you and the wisdom you seek.

When booking you may choose to record your Tea Leaf Reading and add on Reiki Healing for deeper integration. You are warmly welcome to bring a support person with you to your session.

Tea Leaf Reading (with Jess)

Your Reiki Healing begins with a calming guided meditation to centre your mind and release tension. This gentle practice helps create space to receive Reiki and encourages deep relaxation.

The session then flows into Reiki, where either hands-on or hands-above-the-body healing is offered, depending on your preference. Reiki can support the clearing of energetic blockages, restore emotional balance, and align your energy, encouraging a sense of peace and clarity.

Crystals and symbols may be placed on the body to enhance and support the healing process. Scrying may also be used to receive intuitive insights.

After the session, your Reiki practitioner will guide you back with gentle sound healing. This is followed by a 30 minute Insights Discussion with tea and chocolate, allowing time to reflect, ask questions, and integrate your experience.

When booking, you may choose to record your Insights Discussion and add a Tarot Reading for additional clarity and guidance.

Your Sound Healing begins with a guided meditation to invite stillness and centre the mind. This calming practice helps prepare you for the healing that follows. The session then flows into the sound bath, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls help melt away tension and support deep relaxation.

Sound healing uses specific frequencies to help shift your brainwaves into a meditative state. This process, known as brainwave entrainment, helps calm your nervous system and supports your body’s ability to heal.

Reiki healing is infused into your sound bath to help restore emotional balance and realign your energy. Scrying may also be used to receive intuitive insights.

At the end of your session, you’re invited to integrate over tea and chocolate, followed by a 30 minute Insights Discussion to reflect, ask questions, and deepen your experience.

Hypnobirthing is a specialised antenatal program that teaches practical mindset skills for labour and birth. Through relaxation, self-hypnosis, breathing, visualisation, and positive childbirth education, you'll develop the knowledge and tools to approach birth with greater calm and confidence, regardless of how your journey unfolds.

This introductory private session offers an overview of hypnobirthing in a calm, welcoming space. You’ll have time to ask questions, explore the foundations, and begin developing practical tools to support your mindset and wellbeing throughout pregnancy and birth.

To conclude, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing hypnobirthing exercise to ease tension and calm the mind, followed by an oracle card reading for intuitive insight. To support your journey, you’ll receive a digital workbook covering the foundations of hypnobirthing, along with digital affirmation cards and 3 guided audio tracks to continue your practice at home.

Positive Births Hypnobirthing Intro Session

Hypnobirthing is a specialised antenatal program that teaches practical mindset skills for labour and birth. Through relaxation, self-hypnosis, breathing, visualisation, anchoring, and positive childbirth education, you'll develop the knowledge and tools to approach birth with greater calm and confidence, regardless of how your journey unfolds.

This private six week program offers personalised support for you and your birth partner in a nurturing environment. Together, you'll explore hypnobirthing through exercises and discussions designed to release fear, deepen relaxation, and prepare for a positive birth experience.

You'll receive ongoing pregnancy support, a digital workbook, a copy of Positive Birth in New Zealand by Helen Bartrom, affirmation cards, and 16 guided audio tracks to continue your practice at home. The program concludes with a private Birth Blessing Ceremony. Postpartum womb-focused Reiki healing is also available as an optional add-on.
