Prenatal Massage

Intra-oral massage is a specialized technique using gentle, gloved work inside the mouth to release deep jaw and facial tension. It is often used to support relief from clenching, TMJ-related discomfort and headaches.

Intra-oral Massage

A smooth, flowing full-body massage focused on relaxation, circulation, and overall comfort. Light to moderate pressure releases tension and calms the nervous system.

Benefits include increased blood flow and lymph activity which increases nourishment of the body's tissues. Swedish Massage helps keep joints, tendons, and muscles limber and increases range of motion.

Guests feel more refreshed and relaxed after a session of Swedish Massage.

Swedish Massage

Addresses the deep layers of connective tissue in the muscles. Where muscles have become chronically tight, deep tissue massage will create a greater relaxation and lengthening of the muscles. This form of massage can be used to decrease scar tissue in areas of old injuries, increasing range of motion and reducing chronic pain.

Deep Tissue Massage

The private sauna provides a quiet, calming space that supports the body’s natural detoxification process, improves circulation, and promotes stress-relief.

Chroma-light therapy enhances the experience by supporting physical and emotional wellness, with benefits such as inflammation reduction and more, depending on the wavelength of light used.

Available as a standalone service or as a massage add-on. Free 15-minute add-on for VIP Members.

Private Sauna w/ Chroma-Light Therapy

Massage therapy provided for injuries resulting from an automobile accident and billed through Personal Injury Protection (PIP) auto insurance benefits. Treatment addresses diagnoses as outlined in a physician-directed care plan.

Services are provided only with a valid physician’s prescription for massage therapy and when active PIP funds are available. Any services not covered by auto insurance, including those exceeding benefit limits or outside authorization, are the patient’s financial responsibility.

PIP will only cover 60-minutes of therapeutic massage. Any time requested above 60-minutes, and any additional services requested, must be paid by the guest at the time of service.
