As an experienced Sports Massage Therapist, I offer a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of aches, pains and mobility issues related to running (particularly trail and ultra) as well as pre/post event assistance. Alongside traditional 'hands-on' techniques, I utilise Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), dry cupping and taping to suit your requirements.
