When your muscles are severely knotted, this therapeutic treatment is designed to break it up. Deep-tissue massage is a mix of slow, short, strokes and penetrating finger pressure focused on tight, contracted areas. The therapist employs her thumbs, forearms, and even elbows to work muscle tissue and relieve tension

Deep Tissue Massage

The main purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively. The massage will help prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. Sports massage can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether a person is an athlete or a once a week jogger.

This is a class for 2 people to learn basic massage skills for the back, arms, hands and feet. Each person will receive 50 mins of instruction. 2 instax photos, imation or real flower petals & candle set up with couples intimacy body oil. With a mini luxury chocolate set.

Real Flower set up depending on floral shop inventory and massages can be done on a Thai matt or massage table, our office manager will reach out for finalized details
