You will experience a dry brushing to your hands and arms, followed by a choice of a sugar scrub which is made from 100% natural sugar and is vegan friendly.  This will be applied to your hands and arms to remove dead skin cells and removed with some lovely heated cloths.  A nourishing mask will be applied to your hands and placed within some heated mitts.  Whilst the mask is nourishing your hands.  You will soak your feet into some warm water where you will have a foot scrub with the choice of a sugar scrub which is made from 100% natural sugar and is vegan friendly to remove dead skin cells.  A nourishing foot mask will be applied to your feet and placed within some heated booties.  Whilst the mask is nourishing your feet you will get a mini head & shoulder massage.  The final part of your treatment will involve a mini foot massage and a hand and arm massage.

Have your back dry buffed to lift away any dead skin cells in preparation for the application of coconut oil with either a citrus or lime sugar scrub which will exfoliate your back, removing further dead skin cells. The scrub will be removed by using warm sponges and warm mitts. 
A relaxing back, neck & shoulders will be performed.  To finish off your tropical back scrub treatment, a silky hydrating body lotion that contains lime and grapefruit will be applied to your back.

Massage

The treatment starts with a mini facial cleanse, followed by stimulation of pressure points on the face.  This is to help relax the facial muscles, increase circulation and drain the sinuses.   The candle is lit and placed in the auditory canal.  You will experience pleasant crackling sound and a warm comfortable feeling as the candle burns.  You will then turn over to have the other ear treated.  Once both ears have been treated, you will receive a mini facial and scalp massage.

Holistic Treatments

A body scrub/exfoliation is a skincare product designed to exfoliate and cleanse the skin.  I use Ruff Stuff scrub which is made by a family run business based in a beautiful coastal town in Suffolk. The products are made by hand in small batches using only the finest natural ingredients and all are registered with the Vegan Society.  The products have been created by a Waxing Specialist, in a working salon. Ruff Stuff Scrub had originally been specifically created to combat common problems associated with body waxing, but it’s not just for waxing clients! It’s also fantastic for anyone looking for glowing, smooth, healthy looking skin.  When massaged onto wet skin, the scrub helps to remove dead skin cells, dirt, and other impurities, leaving the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Body scrubs can help improve circulation, promote cell regeneration, and enhance the skin's overall appearance and texture.
