In order to maintain  smooth running of appointments and to respect the time of both our clients and myself , I ask please arrive on time for your appointment. 
Clients arriving late will be imposed with a $ 25 fee and 1 hour late ,you will forfeit the original appointment and you need to reschedule. 
Mask is mandatory when coming to the salon preferably the ones with the loop to go around the ear also you will be ask to wash your hands upon entering the salon .

The costing is only for haircut not shampooing etc hair must be clean before coming to appointment,  i dont cut dirty hair . If additional service is needed can be book as an add on service .


Layers on textured hair  

This haircut is for persons who wants their natural textured hair short at the sides and length to the top. 
Before visiting please ensure your hair is clean . I do not cut dirty hair .
The costing listed is only for a haircut additional service must be booked separately as add on service.  Example if shampoo is required it must be booked along with  the haircut

  How to prepare for your hair appointment.Remember  I'm an appointment only salon.  Which means time is important to keep my salon effective.  Please keep in mind when coming to your appointment  don't arrive with the following in your hair .
■ Dont arrive with weave, 
braids,  twist,cornrows etc
■ Dont style your hair with products that are excessively sticky or greasy/ oily . For example shea butter or coconut oil , gels etc 
■ Do  detangle hair before the appointment. 
■ If you're coming in just for a haircut  or style please make sure your hair is shampooed and free from products. 
I dont cut hair  or style hair that is unclean if you require shampooing it will be an additional cost .

How to prepare for your appointment. 

As the salon owner , I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly,  intoxicated or if their state of health may compromise the service. 

Right to refuse service 

 Cancellations policy. I understand  that emergencies happen, if you need to cancel your appointment,  I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellation or rescheduling at least  24 hrs prior to the appointment. No show no cancellation between the allotted time will incur you paying half of the service price before another service is booked .

Absolutely no extra guest, naturally kinky curly haircare haven  remains an strictly appointment based salon . Mask must be worn when visiting the salon also hands must be sanitized upon entering the salon additionally if you have any flu like symptoms ( coughing constantly,  squeezing etc please reschedule your appointment.
