Tianna could not have been more patient and kind when my daughter was more nervous than she expected about having her ears pierced. She was so calm and funny, explained clearly what was happening, and never made my daughter feel rushed. She loved Tianna - and is now so happy to have her ears pierced!

Alaina was friendly and approachable. She explained the process. Took her time to ensure the piercings would be in a place I was happy with and ensured I was relaxed and ready. I would highly recommend an appointment with her. She was more than happy to answer any quiz’s etc I had.
