I had a great experience in HQ2 yesterday! Kai was exceptional - not only am I very happy with the result, I had a lovely 3/4 hours where I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was clear that the girls work really hard and want the best experience for their clients! As always, polite, welcoming and hilarious. I’ll be back soon! Thank you!

Brilliant friendly service. Expert at doing eyebrows so now going round book in for other treatments. Can't praise Dawn enough.
