I had a deep tissue and trigger point massage at Velora Studio today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I'd been feeling a lot of tension and tightness in my back, and the massage made such a difference. I felt so much relief afterwards, and my back feels noticeably more relaxed. I have suffered jaw pain for around 1 year. I could not open my mouth wide and I had trouble eating. I was in a lot of pain even after seeing the GP and dentist. After Rasa's TMJ massage which showed I had a lot of tension. I felt a lot of relief after the appointment. I have less pain around my jaw area, my jaw is moving normally and I can eat with less pain after 1 appointment. I recommend Rasa and I will be visiting again.
