Oprah was on-time, courteous, had a clean station and took time to get clear on what I wanted without taking too long & not rushing. The videos of other nail art was interesting and relaxing. It was a challenge at times when other staff would approach her without excusing the interruption of our conversation. Otherwise, positive experience and I’ll be back with friends. I can see myself seeing Oprah more often than I usually have my nails done

This is honestly one of the best nail jobs I’ve ever gotten and the salon is super cute. However, two things stood out. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I saw a man and assumed he worked there but he literally got up and then sat with a group of people to talk. I went to my car and came back and he was indeed an employee because he spoke this time. I also got nicked on my toe cuticle which was very painful and it’s taking 2 weeks to heal. Again, great job, live the salon but some improvements can be made. I think I’ll return and give them another chance because I love my nails and my tech.
