I wasn't sure what to expect. Some good advice and quite relaxing. The follow up relaxation track is great to have. Natalie is personable. Minor negative was I found it difficult to get comfortable in the chairs unless laid down which isn't really appropriate for the discussion half of the session, great though for the relaxation element.
