Service is aways great …staff is excellent too

The salon is exceptional. It's literally made for children. The aesthetic is vibrant and lively without being too bright and chaotic. They have child appropriate seats. They have a play area with a ball pit, as well as a colouring corner with chairs, a desk, crayons and paper. They have other toys in the play area. When the kids hair is being styled, kids have access to IPads and can watch what they like until the stylist is done. The salon is neat and clean. Memory was pleasant and friendly. I gave her three stars because she made us wait longer than we should have for hair treatment.
