Massage (60 mins)

Deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues.   A firmer pressure is used to release chronic muscle tension, knots or adhesions.  Ideal for addressing specific problem areas such as stiff neck or sore shoulders.  May help to alleviate chronic pain and improve mobility.  

Deep Tissue Massage (60 min)

Therapeutic massage is designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem.  It involves the manipulation of soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. The techniques used in therapeutic massage are typically more focused and can include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching. The primary goal is to address chronic pain or injury, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote overall well-being. It is tailored to the individual's needs, making it a personalised approach to healing and recovery.

Therapeutic Massage (60 min)

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on form of complementary therapy that uses light touch to release tension and support the body's innate ability to heal itself.  Your therapist will evaluate and work with the rhythmic motions of the cerebrospinal fluid and the craniosacral system - the membranes and fluid that protect the brain and spinal cord - to identify and address imbalances or restrictions in the body.  By freeing the central nervous system to perform at its best, CST may reduce pain and stress and enhance your health and wellbeing.  CST is suitable for people of all ages, from newborns to elders, and may help with conditions such as chronic pain, headaches, stress, and recovery from trauma.
