Alicia does the best brows and nails in Blackburn, hands down! Second time going to her today and feel like a true friend already, and have came away with gorgeous laminated brows and very precisely gelled nails! My toe nails have lasted 8 weeks too so they last as well. Love little Nico her doggy and he is so gentle with you 🧡 Can’t wait to be back!
