Regarding your haircut, we took the time to review your inspiration photo with you on three separate occasions throughout the appointment to ensure we were meeting your expectations. Each time, you confirmed that you were happy with the result before leaving the salon. With respect to your facial, extractions are an important part of addressing congestion, but we completely respected your comfort level when you found them too painful. Because of this, we were unable to perform many of the extractions or some of the alternative treatments we suggested, as you declined those options as well. We always prioritize our clients’ comfort and will never proceed with a treatment without their consent. We value every client’s feedback and continuously strive to provide the best service possible.
