I had a wonderful massage and really enjoyed the whole experience. The therapist was professional, attentive and made me feel completely relaxed. Exactly what I needed after a very busy few days. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend.

Massage by therapist was excellent.construction noises for renovation taking place on site was very distracting during the massage. As well as the room temperature - it was freezing cold.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found your massage with Julie excellent, and we will be sure to share your kind words with her. We are, however, sorry that the construction noise and room temperature impacted your overall experience. We completely understand how important a calm and comfortable environment is during a massage, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments have been shared with the team so we can review what can be done to minimise any disruption and ensure greater comfort for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much more relaxing experience.
