Friendly and welcoming. She asked me what I was wanting so I explained what I was after, she advised me and talked through it with me , which was great. I booked a consultation so that she could see me face to face which I’m pleased I did, because what I thought I might need it wasn’t it was something different, and when she explained everything. I was happy with what she said. So I will be booking in .
