As a qualified Sports Therapist I work with injuries & rehabilitation, often incorporating my other skills as a Pilates Instructor for Neurological Conditions, Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Kinesiology Taping & Manual Lymphatic Drainage where appropriate.
