Erica is so knowledgeable, she always does an in depth consultation to know exactly what's going on and gives loads of advice and product recommendations. It's the 3rd visit and won't be the last. Erica is very professional and puts you at ease if you are feeling nervous!

OMG I was anxious 😳 No need at all !! The professional & friendly demeanour shown by Erica is 5 ⭐ The procedure was fully explained & my questions answered. If you’re considering this treatment I can honestly say it is not painful. I was completely comfortable & will be booking again 🥰
