I believe you still got the voucher you could still use. At the time of your appointment you did not present us with the gift voucher and happy to pay the balance at the time of your appointment. Then later your husband turned up and aggressively asked for the money back. As we explained earlier how do we suppose to know you have a voucher when you didn’t present it to us.

Had a nice relaxing coconut oil massage. Was so worth getting as I had very tight shoulders and back. Felt more relaxed and more freely able to move after.

Drury Loft has always done a great job in the past, so I had high expectations for our couples 90 minutes massage. Sorry to say that this time the massage didn't leave either of us feeling like we usually do after a long massage. Session started at 4.30pm, I was feeling rather cold throughout the session too. We chose the hot coconut oil option but don't think we got this. Also, after a wash my skin feels like there is a waxy coat all over.
