Dasia Edwards

I wa impressed with customer service before arriving. I scheduled as a stand-by. When contacted minutes later, the Desia went over the requested service, discussed the notes I left. Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed, the tech discussed her recommendations to reach my goals. Her work was neat, gentle and timely. The owner, Nette, came over to formally welcome me as a new client, acclimated me to the shop & ensured I was being taken care of. They were as kind and professional as I've seen. My nails were broken, brittle, cuticles a mess. Cat eye gel, lighting doesn't do them justice.
