I went to Alexandra with my 12 year old daughter who is suffering from blemished skin - from start to finish Alexandra made her feel very comfortable and at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. She offered lots of very good advice and gave her a new skin care routine to follow. Would highly recommend :-)
