Quite disappointed with the experience. I arrived early, but the massage started 10 minutes late. The therapist also left the room twice during the session to answer the door and attend to new customers. I booked a one-hour relaxation massage. The first 40 minutes were okay, but the last 20 minutes focusing on my head, shoulders and neck felt extremely underwhelming. The pressure was so light that it felt more like being touched than receiving an actual massage. I came here specifically because of the high ratings, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations.
