I am overall disappointed by my experience here. I have been getting Russian Manicures for over a year and I wanted to try a new salon closer to my home. My tech lost control of the Efile on more than 2 occasions. One of the times is when she was doing clean up on the underside of my nails, she slipped and it took a small but very noticeable chunk out of the french tip. She told me she was finished without fixing it, I had to ask her to, and she only re-filed my nail, leaving it a completely different shape then the rest of my nails, also the gel is SO THICK! Cuticles were cut in many spots..
