I went for a facial yesterday for a special treat.  Louise took a history of what products I was using and explained in depth of what the facial would consist of. What is Microneedling?
It is a cosmetic procedure that stimulates collagen and elastin production, which helps skin tissue to become smooth, firm, with a more even tone. It may also improve the appearance of scars, acne, and wrinkles. Tiny, sterilized needles are used to pierce the skin.  

Safety:
It is minimally invasive, requiring little to no downtime. It’s considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. The procedure may not be safe for people who use certain acne medications, those with active acne, or those with moderate to severe psoriasis or eczema. Those with active viruses like cold sores or herpes simplex virus should take necessary precautions in the pre and post procedure care. You can experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure.

Treatment packages:
Ideal results are achieved after multiple sessions and will require a long-term maintenance plan. Packages can be tailored to the individual.
