My name's Stephanie, I'm a qualified, insured psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist and nutritionist. I'm extremely dedicated to those I help and incredibly fortunate to do what I do. My background spanning various disciplines means that I offer a unique approach to overall health and wellbeing. My focus is in a type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy called Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy. I work with couples as well as individuals, and integrate various types of therapy alongside REBT. What's learned during therapy can be applied to future problems, so it's a great investment.
