⏰During this busy season we will be extending our opening hours ;
Sunday and Wednesday : 1pm- 9pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am-8pm.
Appointments booked outside of our opening hours will incur an additional fee.

❌We will not be servicing acrylic removals, changes of length and shape in December so any changes you will like to make should be booked at your November appointments. 

💵Additionally , your appointments are secured by paying your deposit. A confirmation email will be sent with the policies and deposit details.

To secure your appointment - 

Step 1 :
To choose the best service(s), carefully examine our service categories and refer to the service descriptions. If your required look isn't listed via the app, kindly send us a message with the details so we can appropriately register the booking request. (Changes won't be accepted at your appointment)

Step 2:
A confirmation email will be sent with the policies and deposit details. To confirm your booking, a 50%, non refundable deposit is required one week before your APPOINTMENT DATE .
Appointments booked within the 7 day timeline require deposits at time of booking.
Methods: cash and bank transfers. 

Failure to pay the deposit results in the cancellation of your appointment.

Step 3:
After payment you have successfully secured your appointment.  You will receive a final confirmation message 24 hours before your appointment with details and directions via whatsapp.

November Booking Requirements

This service entails an acrylic extension to the natural nails, inclusive of a flat gel polish application.  

Nail shapes vary based on length: 
Short : square, tapered square
Medium / Long : square, tapered square, coffin, oval

The acrylic removal service must be booked simultaneously for new or existing clients if you will still be wearing acrylic extensions at your appointment time. 

Acrylic Fullset

Acrylic refill; shortening and rebalancing of nail extension and application of a flat colour .

Refill with Change of Length / Shape

Repair to damaged acrylic enhancement and application of flat polish. Any additional adornments will be priced accordingly Repairs to 3 or more acrylic enhancements at refill appointments require a fullset booking.

Repair - Per Nail

Removal of your fullset of acrylic nails. This service is mandatory for all first time clients who wish to make an acrylic or mani booking and will still be wearing acrylic extensions at the time of the appointment.

A structured gel manicure is a great option for those who require a sturdier, longer lasting manicure or who would like to grow out their natural nails up to a medium length. This option includes an overlay of soft gel on the natural nails, finished with a solid color .
