I have visited Sage Therapies on two occasions. The first was for reflexology. Never had this before, but already booked a second session. Felt really good afterwards even my tinnitus level was reduced checked my blood pressure when I got home big surprise down to 125/68. 
My second visit was for a shoulder and neck massage. Came away very relaxed my shoulders released, I was walking very tall not hunched. My breathing was deeper and clearer.
Again another session booked.
