This is the signature Ayurvedic treatment for helping to relieve stress and focus the mind, warm ayurvedic oil that is chosen to suit your doshas is slowly poured over your forehead and third eye in a continuous flowing stream which can have a similar effect of having had 8-10 hours of sleep after it - and who doesn’t need that!

This is an abhyanga with a twist, cloth bundles filled with ayurvedic herbs are dipped into hot oil and then firmly applied over the body in long repetitive strokes allowing the oil and the herbs time to penetrate into the skin and tissues - a double whammy of goodness for the body!

This is a very subtle massage but packs an almighty punch in its healing benefits, I can also tailor the marma points I work on to address specific imbalances.
