Hi Samantha. We are so sorry that you weren’t totally happy with your service. We pride ourselves on our clients being happy, so we would like to offer you a full refund, plus offer you a complimentary blow out for the trouble. 

Staff and salon are nice however I paid for a bouncy blow out and left with my hair curled. I explained a few times that my hair doesn't hold well so need to use product to help it stay which wasn't done. So the blow out didnt hold after doing it and resulted in lets just curl it, which isn't why i went there or what I wanted. 

Paid attention to my request and took her time to achieve exactly what i asked for. She knows what shes doing and I trust her professional judgement. Such a lovely girl!

I had my haircut today with Rachel and it was such a great first experience. She was welcoming, really listened to what I wanted, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling confident, cared for, and absolutely loving my hair. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.
