For one to two areas a 40min session will generally suffice. For whole body/multiple areas a longer session is required (please check with your therapist if in doubt).

Please ensure to drink at least 2-3 litres of water in the 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Lymphatic Drainage Session (Non Surgical)

Lymphatic drainage massage of 40mins is generally sufficient for treating one to two areas. For larger areas that require more work, please select a longer duration or check with your therapist.

Lymphatic Drainage Session

The perfect treatment for to relieve aching muscles, joints or nerve pain, the combination treatment will use a range of proven modalities for pain and promotion of recovery with use of shockwave therapy, dry needling with electrical stimulation, fascia cupping and soft tissue and remedial massage.

Cupping and deep/remedial massage are the most common and arguably the most effective treatments for treating back injury, pain and discomfort. This treatment serves to soften and release tired, tense and aching muscles and introduce mobility and blood flow to affected areas. Based on your presentation and suitability your therapist may add dry needling to this session to enhance its effects (at no extra charge).

Not only used for sports competitors, this type of massage will help anyone in need of effective neuromuscular techniques and a combination soft-tissue treatment to rebalance and restore tired and painful muscles.

Post Surgical massage treatment using manual lymphatic drainage (and shockwave therapy where necessary). Option of 40 minute (one area) or 60 minute (2 areas or more).

Post-Surgical Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This treatment should be selected for those who are at least 6 weeks post surgery (liposuction/abdominoplasty/caesarean) for the purpose of improving the time and texture of surgical scarring.
This treatment will also aim to improve contour by using various machines and modalities, such as maderotheroay, Cavitation and radio frequency.

Post Surgical (min. 8wks) scar/fibrosis/sculpting

Post-Surgical/Remedial Work (latter stages, fibrosis scar tissue, sculpting)

Package of 6 body sculpting treatments with a choice of 50mins (one area) or 75mins (multiple areas) sessions. 

Treatment includes Columbian maderotherapy, radio frequency skin tightening, deep tissue cupping and manual lymphatic drainage.

For information on pricing and packaging of further sessions, guidance is best given upon physical assessment of clients concerns and/or after assessing clients reponse to multiple sessions.

Body Sculpting Combo x 6 Sessions

Combining four of the most effective techniques for body sculpting and cellulite reduction: Columbian maderotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, radio frequency skin tightening and deep tissue cupping. 

Results can generally be seen after 2 sessions with optimal results after 6-10 sessions dependant on grade of cellulite and specific expectations.

Please note, whilst specific areas of concern will be focused on, this treatment will also involve work/stimulation on the whole body for the purpose of lymphatic drainage. 

(50mins will suffice for treatment of one area, example back of legs/glutes. 75mins should be selected for two areas or more, example front and back of legs and arms).

Body Sculpting Combo (Wood Therapy, Radio Frequency, DT cupping and MLD)

Therapy time of 40 minutes (treatment of 1 area, for example legs). 
Therapy time of 60 minutes (treatment of 2 areas, for example, legs and abdomen)
Therapy time 120 mins, fully body treatment including waist, arms and back. 

All maderotherapy sessions begin with approx. 10 minutes of manual lymphatic drainage. Your therapist will also add shockwave therapy at no extra charge if cellulite is present. 

Maderotherapy (Columbian Wood Therapy)

Package of 6 session (40 minutes) of Columbian Wood Therapy. Suitable for one to two body parts, typically used for treatment of the abdomen or the legs. All maderotherapy sessions begin with approx. 10 minutes of manual lymphatic drainage. Your therapist will also add shockwave therapy at no extra charge if cellulite is present. 

If more areas are needed please book in for the 60 minute session.

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This technique uses very slow and controlled movement.

This therapy uses specific blends, based on your current conditions, which are heated to comforting tempreature to penetrate deep into the tissues and relieve tension and discomfort, leaving you feeling relaxed, re-engergised and revitalised.

Aromatherapy Hot Oil Massage

Using hot basalt stones which are heated and placed and massaged into the body for a totally relaxing and spiritual experience. Longer treatment durations allow for extra soothing in areas of the body that need it. 60mins plus treatment includes treatment around the neck, head and face for a head to toe experience.

Hot Stone Massage

Bask in the bliss of a hot stone massage and hot stone facial for an hour and 30 minutes. Whilst a hot stone massage is a relatively common and well-known concept, a hot stone facial is less so however this is a truly luxurious experience for an all over top-to-toe treatment that will leave you floating out the door. The facial will use techniques from the natural facelift massage which includes Ayurvedic hand movements to loosen and free tired and tense facial muscles. There is specific concentration on clearing congested lymphatic nodes and freeing any accumulation of facial swelling or fluid retention. 

Hot Stone Combo (Facial & Massage)

The cupping technique has been used in China for thousands of years and provides an effective and powerful way of releasing stagnated blow then prompting new blood flow to areas of the body suffering from dysfunction. It lifts up the upper layers of skin and superficial tissue enhancing circulation beneath. Clients quite often report feeling "lengthened" and "looser" after this type of treatment.

Cupping Massage

Slow and controlled movements, this massage is relaxing and aim at calming the mind and body, easing stress and anxiety. Your therapist will use deeper pressure on areas of the body which have become tight and hold tension.

Holistic Massage

This treatment uses deep pressure and myofascial release techniques to ease strain, damaged tissue and trigger points which may be causing pain and discomfort. The treatment finalises with slow rhythmic strokes to calm and relax the mind and any aggravated tissues.
