The location has free parking and is found in Marine House on the first floor. Unfortunatly there is no lift acess, if you are unable to visit due to not being able to acess the room Naomi offers a mobile service to the local area.

Lymphatic drainage is an incredibly gentle, therapeutic massage treatment. It's a methodical process designed to specifically target the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate waste, toxins and fluid retention from the body. MLD is slow and considered, utilising light pressure to manoeuvre lymph along to clusters of lymph nodes and ducts where the bodies' able to process it. You therapist may use sweeping, brushing, energetic engagement and passive joint mobilisations as part of your treatment.

Pre-natal Massage

From 37 weeks pressure points can start to be stimulated that may  help to increases and support a natural labour. 

This is not recommed if your baby is breach or have an elected C-section planned.

Labour Massage 

This massage is for mothers in the fouth trimester, this is the 12- weeks period immediately after you have had your baby. A time of great physical and emotional change for you and your baby. Postpartum massage relaxes muscles, increases oxytocin and prolactin and lowers stress hormones. you can book a postnatal massage 24hrs after giving birth.

If you have had a C-section you will need to wait to your 6 week check or have had concent from your GP or midwife before booking a massage.
